GSMB (Global Solutions Manufacturing Business) was founded by a veteran of the global supply chain and manufacturing industry, with extensive hands-on experience in international sourcing, procurement, and production management.

After years of working closely with manufacturers, project developers, and distributors across multiple continents, GSMB was established to help companies access reliable, high-quality production partners without unnecessary risk, complexity, or cost.

Miki Benishay – Founder & CEO

Miki Benishay is an international operations executive with over 20 years of leadership in global manufacturing, renewable energy, and multidisciplinary EPC project execution.

In senior executive roles including COO and Board Member, he has led multi-country manufacturing strategies, managed multimillion-dollar operational budgets, and overseen complex supply chains supporting large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide.

His expertise spans engineering integration, procurement strategy, logistics optimization, construction coordination, and commissioning — aligning global suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and performance-driven results.

Dr. Yosef Elia, Ph.D., MBA – CTO

Dr. Yosef Elia is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer with more than 35 years of international experience in power systems, renewable energy infrastructure, and utility-scale energy storage.

He has held senior executive engineering roles overseeing grid-scale BESS development, HV/MV substations, protection systems, and large power plant commissioning across global markets.

Alongside his industry leadership, Dr. Elia serves as Director of the Department of Power Engineering and senior lecturer at an academic university and colleges of engineering and leads advanced programs in power systems and renewable integration.
